1. Information We Collect
When you create an account with PartnerMesh, we collect basic account information including your name, email address, company name, and job title. This information is required to provide you access to our services and to communicate important updates.
We collect metadata and hashed identifiers from your connected CRM systems. We never store raw contact information, deal amounts, or personal details from your CRM — all sensitive data is processed using one-way hashing algorithms and stored only as anonymized identifiers.
We automatically collect usage information such as pages visited, features used, session duration, and browser/device information. This helps us improve our platform and deliver a better experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
Service Provision: We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our partner intelligence platform and to fulfill your contractual agreement with us.
Partner Matching: Hashed identifiers enable secure overlap detection between your data and your partners' data, without exposing raw information to any party.
Communication: We use your contact information to send service updates, security alerts, billing notices, and to respond to your support requests.
Analytics & Improvement: Aggregated usage data guides our product development and helps us understand how customers derive value from the platform.
Security: We monitor for fraud, abuse, and security threats to protect the integrity of all user accounts and data.
3. Data Sharing
Partner Network: Only anonymized overlap indicators are shared with your approved partners. Raw CRM data is never shared with any party under any circumstances.
Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers for cloud infrastructure, analytics, customer support tooling, and payment processing. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-leading security measures to protect your data at every layer of our infrastructure:
- AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit
- SOC 2 Type II compliance with annual third-party audits
- Multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing
- Comprehensive employee security training and background checks
- Documented incident response and breach notification procedures
5. Your Rights
Access: You can access and review your personal information at any time through your account settings dashboard.
Correction: You can update or correct your account information at any time. For CRM data corrections, make changes in your source CRM and re-sync.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process the request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Portability: You can request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) at any time.
Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. You will continue to receive essential transactional and security notices.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how you use our platform.
Essential cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. They include session tokens and CSRF protection cookies.
